Cabin Policies
Age Requirement: You must be 25+ to make reservations.
Check-in/out times: Checkin begins at 3:00 PM and Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
Pets: Service animals allowed. ESA’s please inquire with owner before making reservations.
Smoking: No Smoking inside the cabin.
Accessibility: A family room (with sleeper sofa), bedroom and full bathroom is located on the first floor. You must be able to climb stairs to reach the kitchen, upstairs living room, and additional bedrooms
Guests of guests: Guests are welcome to invite other guests to the cabin to spend the day. Any additional guests that spend the night over the 6 guest capacity will incur a $15 per person per night fee.
Security Cameras: Are only located in public spaces facing outward and do not include audio. They are not to be blocked or unplugged, as they exist for the safety of the home and you! If a security camera is blocked or disturbed during your stay, you agree to be charged a $500 security fee.
Cancellation Policy: No refund seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Hot Tub Amenity Policy: A refund of $35 / night will be applied if the hot tub is under going maintenance during your stay.
Cleaning Fee: $200 / reservation, non-refundable after check-in.
Security Deposit: $100 refundable.
